 | Joseph Smith III, CLP president Joseph Smith is
a Certified Landscape Professional and has worked in the landscape industry for over 23 years. As President of Embassy Landscape
Group, LLC and Embassy Lawn and Landscaping, Inc., Joseph believes that good training programs and good people are responsible
for the success of the business. At Embassy, Joseph administers all areas of the company and has special expertise in landscape
contracting, lawn care, grounds maintenance, and snow removal. |  | John Jeschke, CLP operations
manager John Jeschke is an innovative Certified Landscape Professional with experience in recruiting, training, employee
development, and mentoring. He has worked extensively in the areas of commercial landscape management and government contracting,
providing grounds maintenance services for clients ranging from municipalities to large government sites. As Operations Manager
for Embassy Landscape Group, John is responsible for creating project management strategies and has formed a workforce of
professionals that he believes is one of the most efficient in the business.
|  | Daniel Nelson, CLP vice-president
/ division manager Throughout his 30-year career in the Green industry, Daniel has been focused on implementing green
solutions such as the use of native plant materials and improving water quality. As a certified Rain Garden Professional,
he is an expert in the design and installation of rain gardens. Daniel’s designs have won recognition from the Kansas
Association of Nurserymen and he was awarded the Environmental Improvement Grand Award from the Associated Landscape Contractors
of America. He currently serves as Manager for the Landscape Design/Build division at Embassy.
|  | Venita Kelley administrative
manager Venita J. Kelley, Administrative Manager, holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management Systems from
Avila University. Before joining Embassy in 2001, Venita had an extensive background in operations and executive management,
finance and accounting, equipment leasing, systems automation, sales and marketing, human resources, risk management, employee
benefits and payroll processing. As Administrative Manager with Embassy, Venita draws on her broad knowledge and experience
to guide the internal operations to excellence.
|  | Jennifer Shorrock new business
coordinator A St. Louis native, Jennifer relocated to the Kansas City area nine years ago from Washington, D.C. With
a background including account management for a landscape company in Washington, D.C. and property management in the apartment
industry, Jennifer’s knowledge encompasses many aspects of the landscape business. She is the New Business Coordinator
for Embassy Landscape Group.
|  | Chris Silvers account
manager Chris Silvers has a background in Natural Resources and has worked in the green industry since 1986. He has
worked as a crew leader for a mowing team, as a park manager, and for almost four years has served as an account manager and
new sales team member for Embassy Landscape Group. Chris manages a book of business that is larger than 90% of account managers
across the country, including Harrah’s Casino in Kansas City.
|  | Jeffrey Gilsinn, CLP account
manager Jeffrey Gilsinn is a Certified Landscape Professional and Account Manager at Embassy Landscape Group who also
has strong skills in project management and sales. He has seven years of experience in the Kansas City landscape industry
and is involved with most of Embassy’s maintenance projects. Examples of key projects include the Shoppes at North Villages,
Shops at Boardwalk and The National Golf Club of Kansas City, among many others.
|  | Lisa Smart, LEED AP, Certified Arborist landscape
designer Lisa has been a landscape designer for two years and has experience in park master planning, green roof design,
organizing LEED documentation, and preparing design and construction documents as well as color rendering techniques. While
earning her Masters in Landscape Architecture at the University of Georgia, Lisa focused her studies on incorporating environmentally
sensitive design principles into commercial and residential projects. At Embassy Lisa supports senior design staff, organizes
LEED projects, assists with project estimating, and prepares planting plans.
|  | Marc Donaleski, CLT-E
new business development / estimator With four years of experience at Embassy and a solid background in both construction
and the military, Marc Donaleski is a Certified Landscape Technician and an Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute Level
1 Certified Paver Installer. Marc works to build strong client relations with his effective communication abilities, ensuring
dependability and a fast response time. At Embassy, Marc assists with client needs throughout the estimating process to ensure
satisfaction and also has experience with project management, organizing day to day operations in the field and supervising
field employees.
|  | Victor Samson, CID, CLIA irrigation
manager Victor is a Certified Irrigation Designer and Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor and has been in the irrigation
industry for 35 years. He has installed systems for approximately 2,000 residential and over 150 commercial landscapes, and
managed 10 Maxicom Central control systems. His expertise includes the design and installation of both large and small irrigation
systems, and service and troubleshooting or all types of irrigation problems. Victor is an authority in water management and
scheduling of irrigation systems. He currently serves as Manager for Embassy’s Irrigation Division.
|  | Dana Bruegging
director of first impressions Dana Bruegging has a passion for providing exemplary service. With over 30 years
of experience in customer service and service-based industries, commitment to customer satisfaction is instilled in Dana’s
daily decisions. She believes that attention to detail and commitment to good communication with clients are vital to our
business. With five years of experience in the landscape industry at Embassy, Dana serves as event coordinator for client
appreciation and employee events, provides assistance to the administrative team and is the first point of contact for all
phone inquiries.
|  | Amber Robertson
client contract administrator Amber Robertson brings over fourteen years of customer service and banking experience
to Embassy. With four years of experience in the landscape industry, Amber is responsible for contracts and invoicing for
Embassy’s maintenance, snow removal, and landscaping divisions. She also provides internal and field support for the
production system and trains staff in one-on-one, field, and class environments.
|  | Christy Goepferich payroll and human resources administrator
Christy Goepferich has been working in the landscape industry for seven years at Embassy overseeing human resources
and payroll functions. Christy also provides office duties including billings, accounts receivable and accounts payable for
Embassy, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She plays a large role in our snow removal department
as snow dispatch and subcontractor contract administrator and works to get crews out on site during snow events.

field supervisor With a keen eye for detail and a passion for artful landscaping, Rita Goodman has a unique blend
of leadership expertise that enables her to successfully maintain landscape projects. She brings management and communication
skills to Embassy with her ability to analyze problems and achieve beneficial resolutions for our clients. Rita is a highly
qualified Field Supervisor at Embassy Landscape Group, Inc. who maintains positive client relations and creates successful
partnerships by continually exceeding expectations.
